Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a Houston-area business doing $1M or more a year, with a real team on payroll.
  • Your bookkeeper is a few months behind, so nobody knows exactly what this year looks like.
  • Your CPA looks at your numbers once a year, and every April you pay whatever they tell you.
  • You're juggling a separate bookkeeper, payroll provider and once-a-year CPA.
  • You want one team handling your books, payroll, returns and tax planning all year.
  • You want the moves that lower your taxes made before December 31st, not explained in the spring.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose business does under $1M a year.
  • Businesses outside the Houston area.
  • Anyone who only wants a one-off tax return or bookkeeping by itself.
  • Owners who'd rather keep doing their own books.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Vonida, Taylor and our team run the accounting for your business all year.

We Analyze Your Taxes First

We start by going through your tax returns and your finances, find where your business is overpaying, and come back with a proposal built for your company.

We Catch Up Your Books

We clean up your accounting and bring your bookkeeping current, so every tax decision before December 31st is made from real numbers instead of last year's return.

We Set Up The Right Structure

We pick the business setup that fits your size, like an S corp, and our team handles the setup and paperwork, so the way your company is structured stops costing you.

We Plan Your Taxes All Year

We don't wait for tax season. We work out how you pay yourself, when to buy the equipment you already need, and retirement savings that come off your taxes.

We Handle Books And Payroll

Our bookkeepers keep your books every month and we support your payroll, so you and your team never have to touch the accounting again.

We File And Meet Monthly

We prepare both your business and personal returns, and Vonida or Taylor meets with you every month to go over your numbers and what's coming up.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
You don't have to decide that before the call. We work as your accounting department all year, not as a one-off filer, because the planning only works when the people making the moves see your numbers every month. Most clients end up replacing a patchwork of providers, and if your CPA relationship matters to you, tell us on the call and we'll talk it through.
My books are a few months behind. Can you still help with 2026?+
Usually, yes. Catching up the books is the first thing we do with a new client, and once they're current we know what your business is actually making this year. That number drives every tax decision before December 31st, so the sooner we start, the more room we have.
Is this legal, and will it hold up if the IRS asks?+
Yes. Every move we make comes straight from the tax law, like the deduction for equipment a business buys, the rules for how an owner pays themselves and the limits on retirement savings. Since our team keeps your books every month, every figure on your return ties back to records we built, and we can answer any IRS question straight from your file.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Most of what lowers your 2026 taxes has to be in place by December 31st, and we need your books caught up before we can act. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
How much does it cost?+
It's one flat monthly price based on your business. Our Scaling Business package, built for larger teams, runs $1,200 to $2,500 a month and covers your books, payroll support, business tax returns, tax planning and a monthly meeting. We quote your exact fee up front on the strategy call.
Who will actually do my work?+
Vonida Ouk or Taylor Vo, the 2 CPAs who own the firm, along with our bookkeepers. A lot of bigger firms hand their smaller accounts to new hires, and we built our firm so that doesn't happen.
Do you do one-off tax returns or just bookkeeping?+
No. We don't take on one-off tax returns or bookkeeping by itself. We work as your year-round accounting partner, with the books, tax planning and strategy handled together, because that's what lets us find the savings while the year is still open.
What happens on the strategy call?+
We'll ask what your company does, how many people are on payroll, roughly what it brought in last year, and who handles your books and taxes today. Then Vonida or Taylor shows you where your business is probably overpaying and which moves can still count toward your 2026 taxes. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you plainly.
One Last Step

Ready To See What Your Business Is Overpaying In Taxes This Year?

On the strategy call, Vonida or Taylor looks at your revenue, your team and how current your books are. You'll leave knowing which moves can still lower your 2026 taxes before December 31st.
